Hiring Period

isMedia hires new employees to fill open positions as needed in each area
and announces the open positions for recruitment.
· Routine hiring (human resource pool): You can register (apply for) the human resource
pool even if it is not the official hiring period.

· Anyone who intends to apply for routine hiring can generate isMedia’s application form
and email to recruit@ismedia.com.

Application
Criteria

There is no limitation of educational background, gender, or other factors for both new graduate
and experienced positions.
However, all applicants should have no reason for disqualification of overseas travel. Applicants
who have professional certification in the area, or are fluent in foreign languages, are preferred.

Method

Download isMedia’s application form from isMedia’s website or job sites, fill it out,
and email it to the recruitment manager or post it on the job site.

Submission of Application

Email the prepared isMedia application to recruit@ismedia.com or post it on the job site.

Document Screening

isMedia reviews the experience and job suitability of the applicant based
on the submitted application.
(Applications that do not use the isMedia application form, and those that do not contain
a picture, will be excluded from review.)

Preparation for Interview

- Preliminary interview survey (common): isMedia sends a survey on basic and common
matters to applicants before the interview.

- Coding test (software development): A simple coding test is conducted before the
interview.

Interview Screening

- The job team manager and executive in charge participate as the interviewers and
evaluate various attributes such as job suitability, job execution
capability, competency, and personality.

- Those who apply for R&D positions (hardware, software, mechanical design,
advanced technology, etc.) are subject to a presentation with their portfolio.

Successful Candidates

※ isMedia individually notifies applicants who pass all screening processes.

Miscellaneous

- Hiring is canceled if an applicant has submitted falsified information.
- Veterans and the disabled are eligible for preferred treatment according to the law.
